The Fillip Apartments is a high standard apartment house built in 2006 on the quiet edge of the Rukavac Village, newly discovered Adriatic holiday resort at the Vis Island, Croatia.

The family owned apartment house is located about 500 meters from the sea and from nearest restaurants. The Silver Beach (Uvala Srebrena) which is one of the most beautiful beaches on the Island is only in ten minute walking distance from the apartment house. All the three star apartments available for the rent in the house are fully air conditioned, digital TV satellite equipped and with separated private entrances. Large shadowy parking place belongs to the property.

The Fillip Apartments property is surrounded by a large subtropical olive garden with a barbecue pavilion accessible to the house guests.

Village of Rukavac is small and quiet holiday village on the south part of the Island Vis, just 10 km from the capital town Vis and 13 km from the major historical city of Komiza. Day trips to the neighbouring islands are also available through the local travel services. The most common travel destinations are the Ravnik Island with its spectacular Green Cave, the Budikovac Island known for its quiet beaches, the genuine Dalmatian tavern and the Zaglav sand beach. Rented bicycles in a house allow picturesque bike tours across the island to explore its unique unspoiled natural beauties. The visitor smaller boats can be safely accommodated in the Rukavac village harbor.
